Motorcyclists in Glasgow will be taking part in the world's largest charity event for classic and vintage motorcycle enthusiasts on Sunday 19 May 2024, helping to raise awareness and funds for men’s mental health and prostate cancer research.
Supported by Triumph Motorcycles for the 11th year, The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride (DGR), will take place simultaneously around the world, with over 100 riders expected to ride from Glasgow in a ride hosted by West Coast Triumph.
Sian Flavell, Marketing and Events Manager at West Coast Triumph said: “The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride is a real staple in the motorcycling community calendar and it's become part of the fabric of West Coast Triumph Glasgow. It's an amazing opportunity to raise a huge amount of money for a very good cause. As ever, we'll be dressing dapper and welcoming the Glasgow Ride back to the West Coast Triumph Dealership. It really gives us goosebumps seeing folks ride together on classic bikes, new and old. We’re riding with and supporting friends here in Glasgow, as well as side by side, worldwide, with the whole DGR community.”
