Triumph managed to squeeze an extra 7% more out of the 1050cc triple compared to the previous generation, producing an impressive 148hp @ 10,500rpm, as well as increasing peak torque to 86.3ft-lb @7150rpm, delivering a smooth yet punchy torque curve.
In terms of rider-convenience tech, the Speed Triple does not fall short of competitors. Fully adjustable Ohlins suspension units and Brembo radial brakes set the tone, providing excellent stopping power and road feel for cutting through twists and turns. The 5" TFT colour display controls a selection of 5 rider modes, each of which tweak power delivery and traction control, ensuring you can make the most of the Speed Triple no matter the road surface conditions.
